This is my first car purchase. I got a pre-owned 2006 Toyota Camry. Charlie Huynh is my sales representative. The whole purchasing process is smooth and professional. He was patient when sharing the information of the report and answered my questions thoroughly. He took care of me from the beginning till the moment I drove the car away. I can also see the team coordinating seamlessly, Herman, patiently helping me with the contract and insurance and Reena, patiently helping me with the payment. The experience makes me feel comfortable and being taken care of. Thank you for the help, and will definitely recommend this dealer and team to others.
Long time Toyota customer new to the area and just serviced my Toyota Highlander and Tundra with Jim Pattison Toyota North Vancouver. As a busy guy, I was pleased to know that they offered a valet service, and the communication and level of service was great. I was very disappointed, however, to find that upon delivery of my Tundra, the driver drove across my front lawn creating a track and running over our irrigation system, causing potential costly damage that I won’t know the extent of until Spring.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I let the service department know about this more than 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a call back. I’ve also let them know of my dissatisfaction via text and have not heard back.
Overall, still believe Toyota vehicles are great but this was obviously a very disappointing and potentially costly experience and needless to say this is a story I will share. Further to that I won’t be bringing any more business (service OR sales) to this dealership. And finally, maybe it’s time to look at another brand for future purchases if Toyota Canada is ok with this poor level of care.

Serjoe (service department), my first point of contact was so personable & warm. You really felt that he cared about giving you fantastic service. Throughout the course of the day, every interaction with him was clear, professional & positive.
Anthony (the technician) was super busy but he took the time to go for a drive with me to hear the sound I was worried about. He made me feel like my concern was his top priority & that he had all the time in the world.

The people I dealt with here were very helpful and friendly, namely Charlie in sales and Mo in the services department. Charlie was very helpful and thorough when we got the car, every cost was explained to us, and we knew exactly what we are getting into without anything hidden as it goes with many other car dealerships. In services department, I dealt with Mo recently who was very helpful, quick and caring for the needs of customers. He explained what I needed at this time and what must be done and other services, and got things done much faster than I thought it would take, and was very courteous the whole time.
